orders to anywhere within the United States, and throughout the world.
For orders with separate billing and shipping addresses we reserve the
right to verify the order via telephone before shipment. We understand
this may be an inconvenience in some cases; however it is necessary to
help prevent against credit card fraud and also to prevent hackers from
obtaining your number. If the billing/shipping address does not match
the address on file with the financial institution or if authorization
is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order
without notification. We cannot work out credit card problems with your
financial institution; you must settle problems with them and reorder
once the problem is resolved.
Orders will take about one to two business days for us to process.
Weekends and federal holidays do not count as business days. All orders
we process and ship out will have tracking number(s). We will email you
the tracking number(s) once we ship your order. Please check your email
or your spam folder if you have not received the tracking number within

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Any international orders leaving the country go via USPS and we will
email you the tracking number. Tracking number can be tracked
here.
While we make every attempt to get orders through customs the
responsibility lies with the customer and EDFPlanes.com
Inc. will not be held responsible for tax and duty.
TAX
Customers will be responsible for applicable
taxes. Only CA residents must pay sales tax of 8.25%. Amount of duty fee
vary for Europe and Asia, and EDFPlanes.com will provide the necessary
documentation to minimize hassle and unnecessary surcharges.
SHIPPING
EDFPlanes.com Inc. uses UPS as our primary shipper. UPS can not
ship to a Post Office Box. If you receive mail at a Post Office Box
please provide your physical street address in the Shipping Address
area. Not doing so can result in delaying the order from shipping out or
cancellation.
All orders to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii must
be shipped by USPS. Please select the USPS shipping method upon
checkout.
PREPAID/ MAIL ORDER
For customers who wish to place an order with check or money order,
please add the items to cart, and go checkout. Print the page with the
total including shipping charge. Make a check/money order payable to

WARRANTY
All products come with a manufacturer warranty of 30 days unless
otherwise stated. If an item breaks or malfunctions under normal use you
may request an RMA number within 30 days of
delivery and return the item with given RMA number for repair or
replacement. The warranty is void if the item is altered or abused
(Examples: altering or removing the aircraft parts, disassembling,
dropping or mishandling the product).
If you take your aircraft apart the warranty is
void! DO NOT take the aircraft apart or try to fix your aircraft unless
under instruction from our service department.
Damage sustained during use in “flying” is not
covered under warranty. In other words if you bought a car that was
under warranty and ran it into a pole the dealership isn’t going to fix
your car due to your negligence; so if a aircraft is dropped or hit
against a tree the manufacturer will not pay for a replacement RC
aircraft.
Some items will need to be returned to the importer
or manufacturer for repair or replacement. We do not issue prepaid
shipping labels. The customer is responsible for shipping the product
back to us.
Why do I have to pay for shipping to send back a
broken item? All returns need to be evaluated by a Certified RC Aircraft
Technician. If after the evaluation it is determined that the item in
question has a manufacturers defect, in most cases you will be
compensated for the return shipping.
EDFPlanes.com makes
every effort to be as reasonable as possible. For example if you have
done something to your aircraft so that it is no longer covered under
warranty please just tell us the truth and we will do our best to help
you. Our RC aircrafts go through an
extensive amount of quality control and they won't simply not function
out of the box. Please be as accurate as possible when explaining how
your RC aircraft broke.
RETURNS
Our return / exchange policy is very simple. If the item we
sent you is defective when you received the shipment from us (NOT AFTER
USE), you can report to us by email for return / exchange / refund
arrangement.
Request(s) for return or exchange and report(s) of missing or damaged
part(s) must be received within 7 days of your receipt of merchandise(s).
We reserve the rights to entertain requests received thereafter.
All returns are subjected to a 15% restocking fee. There is no return
once the merchandise box is opened. Exchange is possible only if the
merchandise is found to be genuinely defective at the point of receipt.
Items returned must be in as-new conditions with the packing slips,
manuals, accessories and all other items intact in original packaging.
Returned merchandise must be received from our customer before we will
process and ship out any replacement or refund. All merchandise should
be returned to us by shipping carriers with safe method which provides
proof of shipment (just in case your item does not reach us. so you can
check with your local shipping carrier.) We will not responsible for the
lost of returned merchandise in shipping.
Shipping and handling charges for all orders are non-refundable, as
we have paid the Post Office to send the shipment and the Post Office
will NOT refund the postage cost back to us after they processed the
shipment. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost to
send return back to us. For returned merchandise that is found to be
genuinely defective, we ship out replacement for free (we pay for the
replacement shipping cost) and will not charge additional shipping and
handling fees.
We reserve the right to return merchandise to its customer and not
refund money, if we in our opinion deem that the merchandise has been
used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form, or has been
damaged by water, dust, or other contaminants.
*** All items are tested 3 times to make
sure they are working properly before we ship them to our customers.
*** Please inspect the product when you
received the shipment, identified any issue and report to us BEFORE you
try to fly / use it. Please also check over the product (especially the
aircrafts and air planes) and make sure they are all good every time
before use (or taking to the air).
*** Return / exchange / refund is not
allowed if the item has been used or flew. Please understand that RC
aircrafts and airplanes can crash if mistake made or you do not know how
to fly, any kind of crash or hard landing may caused damage(s) to the
aircraft or plane. We have no control over your flying skill, behavior
or the conditions you have chosen to fly in. We tested all products
before shipment as we stated above, if you have any problem with the
aircraft or other product(s) you ordered from us, please report it at
the time when you received the shipment (not after use please). If you
used / flew the product, or crashed product, no matter what the reason.
We are sorry but we can not be responsible for your crash or use.

from our website, email, or fax. If you do not agree our terms, please
do not make the order.
